Great day...sun, blue skies...fun air show...shouldn't have taken that hit...found a grassy knoll to chill on...met Paul from Carson City...I remember he had an odd scar on his forehead, like a stealie lightning bolt...he never did tell me how he got it, he just smiled...boggied all day, killer music...time stood still, a true in the moment experience...and then it was over, and we parted ways...as I was leaving, saw Paul pulled over by the cops...bummer.

My first show. I was 16, told my Dad I was going with a friend to church camp! I guess I wasn't lying because I think I found my religion!
I went right up front in between Phil & Bob, and that's where I have been ever since! Santanna was fantastic too!
