The IOTA Club at 2832 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington, VA (http://www.iotaclubandcafe.com/) will host a Jerry Garcia tribute concert presented by one of the DC area's finest roots-rock bands, the U-Liners (www.uliners.com). This show has sold out every year, so come early! The U-Liners will open with a sit-down acoustic set drawing on the acoustic music Jerry played -- the bluegrass of Old & In The Way, the folk and jazz he played with David Grisman, and the acoustic rock Jerry played with the Grateful Dead and other bands. Then the U-Liners will return for a 2+ hour show featuring selections from the Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia Band repertoire. This is always a great evening with lots of great music, special guests, and Grateful Spirit!! Joe Uehlein Juehlein@aol.com www.uliners.com Roots-rock Music
