Thanks to Greg for sending this across the waters.

Garcia Party – flac files on DVD - Plus Audio CDs
A very nice compilation, if you’re into compilations :-)
As per deadnet vines, add name next on list and contact the person before with address. Details:

Thanks to Ed Maier for this compilation:

This is an 8 disc set of all Garcia. Mixed with much love using Vegas Pro 3.0. Selections are taken from The Grateful Dead, Reconstruction, Legion of Mary, JGB & Garcia/Grisman. A week straight of late nights went into this mix and a bit of red wine. Many tracks are continuous even though they are from different shows. Thanks to JBL for the inspiration. And above and beyond thanks to Garcia for showing us the way. This is for the people. Enjoy.

UUUUUGHHHHHH!! Bad News.

Hey fellow viners, I have some disheartening news. In the mail yesterday was a package from USPS with my envelope to Ohio and an apology note saying it appears that your package was found damaged! Well it wasn't damaged other than the nice cut in the top of the bubble envelope and all 16+ CDs gone!!!!!! I never mark a vine envelope with anything other than addresses and postage as not to entice anyone. But it seems someone wanted to see what was inside. I don't have the .flac files on my computer any longer, but I do have .wav and .mp3 combos (that I think I could convert to .flac) and "re-seed" the vine, but would obviously be 2nd generation. Please help me figure out what to do, this is my first missing vine. Gratefully, P.Knight 'Stealin....Stealin...Pretty mamma don't you tell on me!'

Phew.....

Both are done and out in the mail to Ohio @ lunchtime today. That's a lot of music, but it sounds soooo sweeet! Pass along the information that I had problems with several of the flac files: Garcia Party- D7t3 through D8t7 and Stella Blue Project - D5t5 and t6 D8t3 and t4 It was giving me a cycle error (whatever that means). I substituted with the mp3's that were included and everything is beautiful! Everyone Enjoy!!! I can Tell the Queen of Diamonds by the way she shines!
