started by JackstrawfromColorado Here is another vine of 5 shows to represent the "grate-ness" of the early '80's. Grateful Dead - August 17, 1980 Municipal Auditorium - Kansas City, MO gd1980-08-17.sbd.miller Grateful Dead - August 21, 1980 Uptown Theatre - Chicago, IL gd1980-08-21.sbd.miller Grateful Dead - August 29, 1980 The Spectrum - Philadelphia, PA gd1980-08-29.senn421.wise.miller Grateful Dead - August 30, 1980 The Spectrum - Philadelphia, PA gd1980-08-30.senn421.wise.miller 8/31/80 - Grateful Dead Capital Centre - Landover, MD gd1980-08-31.senn421.sbd.miller The 8/17 and 8/21 shows are excellent miller sbd's. The 8/29 and 8/30 Philly shows are excellent aud recordings and the 8/31 show is an aud for set 1 and a sbd for set 2, both sets mastered by Miller. These are shn/flac files on a DVD(s). "I've stayed in every blue-light cheap hotel. Can't win for tryin. Dust off those rusty strings just one more time. Gonna make em shine."

Thats because the replacement disc was formatted differently than the originals - the Vista thing. I will send 8/29 -31 to you on a different disc. Sorry about that! I can`t copy this

I can copy the replacement disc but not the disc with 8-29, 8-30, & 8-31 . my computer won`t recognize the disc . so I guise it goes out to Arkdeadhead in the a.m.
