we had first row seats for this one. I was 17 and wearing my tye-dye bell bottoms, great show!
Me and my friends were 2nd row center behind the stage!! When the lights went down and the band took the stage Jerry walked right past me and i yelled "FUCKIN JERRY" and he smiled and waved!! Then the show began with the long awaited return of China Cat Sunflower> I Know You Rider!! And Bob Breaks a string during the transition betweeen the 2 songs!! He starts flailing his arm's and yelling to Steve Parish for a new string!! But the music is too loud and Steve can't hear Bob!! So we all start screaming at Parish that Bob needs a string but he doesnt hear us!! Finally Bobby throws his can of Finger ease at Parish and gets his attention! I was 18 at the time and remember feeling like part of a family trying to get that string to Bobby !! It's 28 years later and i'm still glad to feel like part of this family!!
