"Foolish Heart" debuted in June 1988, Playing In The Band in February 1971, and Uncle John's Band in December 1969. The timeless nature of the Grateful Dead's music allows these three songs to flow together seamlessly

    Nice UJB

Didn't take long to track this one down. Bobby provided the clue. Nice UJB. Jerry's vocals sound a bit rough but lovely lyrical playing.

    These are all great shows…

These are all great shows but I am really surprised they are only available in lossy (MP3) format. Where are the flac or wave files?

I know what show this was from.

It's the one where Mickey added an IBM Selectric(or is that a Royal??) typewriter to his bag of tricks. He sure was tap happy that night. And not Foolish at all. It really blends nicely.

Almost dozed off but managed to stay awake long enough to listen and figure this one out. I saw more Dead shows at this venue than any other.

Thinking it be Saturday we might get hit with a mind bender. Nope they eased us in again. In attendance I remember A Phil bombing during a small jam. This being the third year in a row at this venue in which I attended all shows. Living just outside the QUEEN CITY and having a FOOLISH HEART you have to watch out for those "UPSTATE" PHILLIES!

As the philosophers would say: greater intension leads to lesser extension, which is why today's song triplet puzzle was fairly easy.

Thanks for reminding us how bad the post-Brent era could be.

Search for where one tune ends and another tune starts.
Let ‘em cast a stone at me for Playin 30 Days of Dead.
how do these songs go, we should know by now.

The best way to look up sequences of songs on setlist.net is to do it on gdsets.com where you can do it with a simple search (just make sure you put a space after any ">")

The second show selection this year that I was in attendance. Phil drops some major bombs! Got it on the first try, although there only a handful of possibilities.

While I'd seen this combo and with not so many to choose from this one took me a while, maybe it was the distractions but finally got there.

This tour was smoking, then the pause. I remember wearing an Air Garcia shirt almost every other day and putting a smile on alot of faces. More fun(gi) times!

jerrys voice at the end of the songs were quite easy to sync. but be careful he croons more than once those years.
I love reading a bunch of hints and being absolutely in the dark, and then when i actually find it and all the clues drop into place at once. cool beans. thanks for some new additions to my gd rabbit hole sites to explore.
