howdy yalll.. just a simple inquisition... do yall got an original artwork or fan artwork place... i just cant seem to find it.... im sure you guys would have one, just cant seem to put my finger on it... thanks...
something that could separate fan photos from members artwork would be cool... ya know,as long as your working on the server and all :) what thinks u, marye?
I think it could be done, though I tear my hair at the thought of retrofitting what's already up. It's a good idea, as we've been getting a lot more artwork from folks lately.
Marye
I hope your garden is going good
Lots of butterflies and dragon flies plus mosquitos
How do I order the Pyramid shows?
I don't see any links
Also the artwork for road Trips is cool any chance that would come out as a poster?
I really like the steer skull with the bolt.
Bob
Thanks

Thank you for your reply a few days ago about the "Rockin the Cradle" pre-order. I guess I'll just keep checking back on dead.net until it happens.

Hi there, any word on Rockin the Cradle preorder yet? Can't wait
really! So sorry for all the delays, but I think folks will be happy when it comes out...
Saw visions of pyramids dancing in my head this morning! Already very happy!
The package was up for pre-order for a few hours, including a new Road Trips volume (Winterland From Egypt with Love), then gone again. Very confusing.
basically, an under construction page escaped and was re-corralled. This should all emerge real soon now. Thank you for your patience!
OK, thanks or clarification. Looking forward to seeing it up again and finding out a little more about the next Road Trips volume!
howdy again... just a quick question... who or what would i get in touch with concerning GD copyright laws... im just an artist who makes shirts of my art from time to time and was wondering who i should seek to get permission to do so... as in some of my work contains the stealie face...and the bolt... and to what degree i should tweak my art as too it is not breaking any copy right laws... and i hope its not warner bros...but if it is...any contact info you could provide would be delicious... would be grateful if you fine folks could show me the way..-forver grateful...-capt space...
re: "Ladies And Gentleman, The Grateful Dead"
hi,
I was looking for this CD in the Store, (under LIVE RECORDINGS as well as BOX SETS & COMPILATIONS) but didn't see it. is it available?
my message is on the site but it is not the latest in recent posts, should be, it is with posts from late this afternoon
If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite.

Notice the vault series has become download only now, wonder if Ladies is heading that way also.
What is this in the forumsI saw one about 1974 Miami show
I assume that you sign up and someone mails you the CD and then you pass it on?
Sorry I am not really uh knowledgeable about this.
Planning a big party when i get the Pyramid shows.
Thanks
And the road goes on forever....

It is indeed where people who sign up share shows by passing them along for the next person to copy the CDs and then send them on. There is a variety of Grateful Dead, Garcia, Ratdog, Phil & Friends and even other artists music to share. Click back to forums, then scroll down to the vineyard, click and browse.
My earlier post was incorrect. The vault series is still available on cd, just also now available as download, 128,256, or flac. I apoligize for any confusion.peace,pk

Thank you ,

Why does it always say "You are not allowed to post new forum topic"? Are we only allowed to respond to Admin. issued Topics on this board?
I posted a comment there an hour or so ago and the entire subject suddenly disappeared. Why was it pulled down?
I have no idea. Delighted as I am to see you around these parts, it seems to me all the various Obama fundraiser topics are alive and well, other than the one with the original press release, which did get rather summarily removed as arrangements were not exactly firm at the time. If you want to PM me the particulars on this mystery please do!
Hi, I'm looking for two tix for 11/1. I have tix for sat 11/8 that i'm willing to trade or I'll pay cash Hey, hook a sista up. Thanks and have a wonderful Day!
How come we choose from just two people to run for president and over fifty for Miss America ?
its because no-one pays attention to the independent candidates, most of us are just concerned with the two bloated bloodsucking political parties that have the most money (our money of course) that's all they see. you must look beyond these vampires....plenty of other candidates out there but it's harder for them to get on the ballot, because, again, money!!
Im so sad that all of the tickets are sold out for the Dead Heads For Obama Concert at the Warfield!!! You guys need to have another show so the rest of your fans can have a chance of seeing the greatest band ever supporting the best presidential candidate of our generation!! I would drive across oceans and fly through time and space for those tickets!! Please consider it, Morianna
I seem to remember Bruce having a picture in the Band Members section of dead.net. Oh well I could be wrong. Bruce no love? come on. Just curious. Anyway Bruce is coming to Vancouver january 09 and Im pumped. wonder if I will be the only one in a tie die.
we used to be able to see a list of all members and access their profiles. is that option still available?
Hi!
I was one of the multitude who pre-oprdered the Rockin' The Cradle set here, but still haven't received it. Any news/ideas?
Thanks!

I have a question: say I wanted to make sure dead.net folks were aware that HeadCount was auctioning off certain music-related items, like: 1. A Warren Haynes, custom Gibson Les Paul Guitar, signed by Warren himself
2. A Pearl Jam poster from their 2008 tour, signed by every band member
3. A Fender guitar signed by every member of the Allman Brothers Band and Bob Weir & RatDog
4. A guitar signed by every member of My Morning Jacket
5. A Rothbury poster signed by Snoop Dogg, Dave Matthews and three members of Phish
6. A Mile High Festival poster signed by Dave Matthews, John Mayer and 10 others
7. A pair of Congas played by Jay Lane of RatDog along side Bob Weir at a historic private performance in Washington D.C. on April 7th (signed by both)
Where would I post something like that?
(I get HeadCount emails, let me know if you want me to forward you the email with the auction link)
((Snoop Dogg, Dave Matthews and Phish - you know that's the after party to hit!))
I would like to hear from people who have had problems with Merchandizing and the customer service message line their thoughts about a phone line to speak with a Human and also if problems have been resolved satisfactorily.

"we could start a topic for HeadCount I'll try to deal with it in the next day or so."
Don't worry about it mary, you've been swamped with starting new forums. I just wanted to post the auction list somewhere. The Ratdog/Allmans autographed guitar is still only $1000, and the Bob Weir autographed congas are an affordable $370.
thanks,
Mark
No gdh this week is posted. I called DG on the air at KPFA last night and he said he had e mailed one to dead.net. what is the problem?
