    Every Friday: Shakedown Stream

    SS/OMSN

    The music never stopped...

We've got your weekend plans covered with two fantastic streaming series. Grab your dancing shoes and join the fun.

    EVERY FRIDAY: SHAKEDOWN STREAM

The Shakedown Street party is officially a stream.

Join us at every Friday at 5PM PST for a live on-camera Q&A with archivist David Lemieux and historian Gary Lambert and very special guests, followed by the screening of a classic Grateful Dead show. It's all happening on the Grateful Dead YouTube channel!

    Bob Weir

This Friday, May 8th, one and only Bobby Weir's gonna be hanging out LIVE with David and Gary before the exclusive online debut of Foxboro, MA 7/2/89. Two ways to make the Shakedown Stream that much more fun - head on over early to join the conversation with Dead Heads around the world or gather up your favorite Grateful guys and gals for a Zoom dance party.

    MusiCares

'Cause when things go wrong, wrong with you, it hurts me too

If you've been tuning into the Shakedown Stream, you know we've been doing our best to support those in need by offering a little help on the way. Many of you have stepped up and we couldn't be more proud. This week, we'd like to ask you to have another think about donating to that which is nearest and dearest to our hearts, MusiCares®. COVID-19 has devastated the music community, leaving thousands of music creators and professionals without work and an uncertain future. MusiCares® has established a COVID-19 Relief Fund to help our peers affected by the Coronavirus pandemic. Let's help the industry get back on its feet so you can back to the shows, to the record shops, and to that groovy feeling.

We've also partnered up with Spotify who will match every dollar raised! Through the Spotify COVID-19 Music Relief project, Spotify will match all donations to MusiCares, dollar for dollar, up to a collective total of $10 million.
