preordered, green vinyl arrived sticking out of the top of the sleeve. I have 3 other versions but buy these 50th anniversary ones for a collection. wrote customer service and waiting. it's sold out so not sure how I'm going to get a new version. good luck friend.

Here we go again. Preordered. The record arrived with a split in the top of the outer jacket.
Why is quality control so pour with Dead.net merch? It's not a huge deal, but it also shouldn't be that way on a brand new record. I want to play the darn thing. I haven't opened the shrink wrap yet. Do I try to return it? Ugh.
