    need a ride from the west coast to the east coast for the start of bob weir's east coast leg of summer tour- the date is aug.10 the first venue is in Maine. i have a valid driver's license and no accidents in the last 10 years. i drive very safely and can drive 24+ hrs. w/ stops only to pee and fill the tank. i don't drink alcohol either, so i will never be too loaded to drive. i'm cash poor at the moment but i'm willing to work the shows, if you have work for me, i will make it up to you on the lot at however many shows it takes to make enough $$$ to pay my way. contact me here, via email at andreaamericangirl@yahoo.com or phone me at 201-406-0810 i am in frisco now but can hitch up or down the coast to meet up w/ u. i REALLY NEED to get to these east coast bob shows!     I'm looking for a rider or two from the Chicago area to the 7/03/08 Phil and Friends show in St. Louis. Will leave the NW burbs of Chicago Thurs. am, stay or camp in the St. Lois area after the show, and leave early on the 4th . Need to be back for a couple or three hours at an anual 4th party before leaving for Summerfest and Phil and Friends at 8 pm. Really want to go, but with gas the way it is I think it will be $200.00 round trip and can't really swing it myself. Let me know if something may work. I'm usually pretty flexible, but my schedule is tight on this one. '85 VW Camper, should be about 7 1/2 hours each way if the winds aren't to bad. Have a Great Day, Mike

Got tickets for Chicago, Denver and Shoreline... then my car broke down! I can take the train to Chicago, but I'd rather road-trip it the rest of the way in classic tour fashion. Chicago -> Denver, Denver -> Shoreline. If anyone has room for a rider with minimal baggage (both literally and figuratively) I'd appreciate it! I can share in the gas $$ and the driving. Mike

I have 2 lawn tickets for Shoreline on May 14th. I am willing to give a free ticket to whomever would be willing to give me a ride. I live in Monterey County. I will also need a ride back. I have a motel room reserved at Motel 6. It is 67.00, tax included. All I ask is that you pay half.

Leavin the high rockies on the western side of the great divide for sauso-oakland and the familiar side-walk cracks of the bay area, gas is split but space is infinite. if my car is empty it will probably remain stationary, and it does return to colorado before jan-15 (lectures get me spun), so anyone wants to go, has no ride, i have more ride than i want to take, so, lets gitr-done

My fam and I have a full length school bus, and we are gearing up for Further Tour. We will be leaving from Ithaca, New York after the Valentine's Day show, and heading to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania for the show the next day. We would like to find some riders that can throw in some gas $$. We keep a vegetarian, child-friendly environment, (so no tobacco, alcohol, or meat on the bus.) We need a rider to the Furthur Festival coming up this Memorial Day Weekend. We have a car, going across country from Chicagoland area to Angel's Camp California and leaving around the 24th of May. We are willing to pick up along the way. Kind people, lot's of fun, and truly deadicated minds. We just need to help in the travel expenses (ie, gas there and back) we figured somewhere around $350 per way (would be much easier split three ways vs. two.
