*RE/ received 50th Items so far...

    Delivered...

After knocking a few doors at USPS I have officially received my vinyl a full week after official release...earlier than the 20th which is a pleasant surprise...

Also, just noticed that Barnes & Nobles are selling their own Blue exclusive colored vinyl...just interesting how it was either barely advertised or I am about as blind as a deer staring at headlights...

    Delivery Date Pushed...

I *guess* Dead.Net aren't responsible for the delivery date being pushed from the 15th to the 20th, but I can only hope USPS doesn't fudge up again...and again...and again...

The crux of my frustration lies at why Dead.Net and Rhino don't ship out their products earlier. Reading reviews leads me to find that those that ordered other limited edition items thru Amazon had their shipments arrive day of release IF NOT earlier. IF this is an issue on the side of Dead.Net, Covid or not, why don't they just ship them earlier? Having paid for an item back in May, you would assume all production has been rolled out and that, if anything, since these are sold out, these colored vinyls would be one of the first items to be shipped...

So, sooo many mysteries lie when it comes to this, and all I can pray for is that I get it by the *new* delivery date. I really appreciate what the folks do here, but it seems I need a miracle every time I order off of here...

Got a note that my order was shipping a week and a half ago along with a tracking number. According to USPS, the Dead.net store still hasn't gotten the package to them. This is not a covid thing, this is just par for the course for the dead store. You can't blame the postal system when you haven't even given them the package yet! Why even bother sending me the bogus shipping notification? Send me the notification when you actually ship the product. This will be my final order from the dead store, horrible customer experience.

No Tracking? - TRACKING THERE BE'ETH

Okay, tracking FINALLY shows up for UPS, and my order made its way to the East Bay, due to arrive by Wednesday. Again, with my past experiences with Dead.Net, I would wait a full month for it, but c'mon, its a PRE-ORDER! Idk, if I don't understand something I guess its on me but its just sooo frustrating to feel like half-a-second-class-citizen over here. I totally understand the situation with the pandemic, but whyyy for the love of everything we hold dear to our hearts do they have to ship it TWO DAYS before the official release. Much love again, but unless it's a pre-order I'm going to have a difficult time ordering quite literally anything from here.

Bought it, waiting for it, don't even mind that it's not coming "day of release". Totally fine. But I ordered a 7" in early June and it came with an actual tracking number. While my order has "shipped", no way to really confirm.

I also noticed the headline for the email regarding the order being shipped changed and now includes "Due to COVID-19, we have been experiencing severe delays with our standard method of shipping, USPS", compared to "As part of our ongoing efforts to deliver your item(s) quickly, your package might not have a packing slip and may be delivered in multiple packages."

If I missed something, please let me know, but otherwise looking forward to this! Peace and Love!!!

What's with the WD 50 on the sticker rather than the song titles? Is that what the actual record is going to read or will there be the song titles on each side?

Us analog-ers would love to know if this vinyl edition (& picture disc) was mastered from the original tapes, or, from a digital source.

I don't under why they offer too many pictures discs (10K), but then offer too few colored vinyl copies (2K)? 10,000 copies is not very limited for a limited edition vinyl release. 2000 copies of the colored vinyl lasted how many days? They'll still be selling this picture disc this time next year.
