I was in the seventh grade and my dad dropped me off at the theater in Fairfield. I ran to the roller rink in Suisun, The Pioneer Ballroom, saw maybe four songs, then ran back to the theater, about three miles. Got back just as my dad was coming around the corner to pick me up. Been in to the Dead ever since.
