Thanks for the info, Rick I went to both sites and downloaded at one of them. Then I could see, that it is a decoding/encoding program and does not play flac files. And that's what I am looking for. The other one is described as to take over iTunes. And that is something I am not interested in to have to deal with. But thanks again for tryin' to help. Yes, ever so slowly I am getting it. And aside of this, today my burner gave me a good 28. Tomorrow a local Deadhead Eurotrader will visit & we'll git some local tradin' goin', probably in our very own "Rhiney Esperanto". My ears will be wide open, like two huge cabbage leaves. Until the postman will have been here, several times from now on, and all these vines will have assembled at my little place. So far, I have only found software to play shn files on my iMac. Hey now, can somebody help ??? Does anybody know some free software that can play flac files on an iMac ? All this is a groovy thing.
