xian...tooo funny was checking out your profile this morning, I read it as x(as in a kiss) ian(as in a man's name) xian = kissian. but it wasn't like that which was cool too. xian struck a chord with me because my son's name is Ian. Would be interested in listening to whatever Jonathan Richman is Xian's magic box, particularly live/older material. As you go through your treasures over time and come upon the Jonathan tapes if could set them aside for me i would be most appreciative. You could make copies or i can make copies and ship them back to you if that would be easiest - all postage, tape costs etc. on me of course. This thread cracks me up. Does Maxell still make the 90 minute XLII-S? I remember saving my Maxell points and getting the "free" tapes in the mail. Fun trading memories for sure.

I know this is an old post but i have clean Maxell 90-minute tapes in a nice travel case if you want. I even have GD 1977, 1st Terrapin in there. Let me know. Just got on this site to hopefully find a good home for them.
