Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we roll into mid-January with Grateful Dead music from 1970, 1972, and 1982.
Our first selection this week is from 4/15/70 at Winterland, where we have this classic 1970 sequence of Dancing In The Street, Turn On Your Lovelight> Not Fade Away> Turn On Your Lovelight.
Next is the start of the excellent 4/14/72 Tivoli show in Copenhagen, the fourth stop of the Europe ’72 tour, where we have Bertha ; Me And My Uncle ; Mr. Charlie ; You Win Again; Black Throated Wind ; Chinatown Shuffle ; Loser.
Lastly this week is second set music from 4/12/82 at Nassau Coliseum where we have Man Smart (Woman Smarter) > Sugaree ; Estimated Prophet > Uncle John's Band.
