Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1970, 1988, and 1990.
Our first selection this week is on 2/28/70 at the Family Dog in San Francisco, where we have this interesting, exciting, and unique jam of Alligator> Drums> The Other One> Mason's Children> Jam> Turn On Your Lovelight, Uncle John’s Band.
Next is the entire first set from 9/5/88 at the Capital Center in Landover, MD, the third show of a four night run, featuring Iko Iko; Walkin' Blues; Ramble On Rose ; Mama Tried> Mexicali Blues ; Row Jimmy ; Stuck Inside of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again; When Push Comes To Shove; The Music Never Stopped.
Lastly this week is another complete first set, this time from 2/27/90 at the Oakland Coliseum Arena, where we have Let The Good Times Roll ; Feel Like A Stranger ; Sugaree ; Victim Or The Crime ; Mississippi Half-Step Uptown Toodleloo ; When I Paint My Masterpiece ; Bird Song.

Amazing Bird Song
Now I see why it ended a set. Jerry going nuts on the different guitar effects. One sounded like a fretless bass. Had to find Phil in there to make sure it wasn't him. One of the more extended later versions I've heard.
