Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1972, 1977, and 1981.
Our first stop is on 1/2/72 at Winterland, the first show of 1972, where we have Chinatown Shuffle ;Tennessee Jed ; El Paso ; You Win Again; Big Railroad Blues; Mexicali Blues.
Next is the end of the first set from the excellent 4/25/77 show at the Capitol Theatre in Passaic, NJ, where we have Lazy Lightnin'> Supplication; Ship Of Fools; Estimated Prophet; Brown Eyed Women; The Music Never Stopped.
Lastly this week is the entire sequence of music from 7/11/81 at Alpine Valley that exists in the vault, and it sure is great: Lost Sailor> Saint Of Circumstance> Ship Of Fools; He's Gone> Truckin'> Drums> Space> The Other One.
