Problem with playing my FLAC of American Beauty 50th

I would LOVE to purchase the FLAC of Axomoxoa's 50th, but why would I when I purchased the FLAC of American Beauty's 50th, and have spent months and months trying to get customer service for the problem I have with it!

I have not been able to play the FLAC in any form besides one song at a time, which would drive anyone nuts--and which I did not pay for.
I have kindly requested help from gratefuldead@gnarlywoodstore.com and I am ignored.
I even got the automatic reply for a ticket having been created (March 12th, 10:09 A.M.), but have heard nothing but crickets.
I'm sure they are busy, but this is ridiculous.
Anyone else have any of these problems?
Is this kind behavior? Is this what we elderly people used to call "Dead Etiquette"? I don't think so...

Well I mainly bought for the Lenticular :) . That said I have to say the Live tracks from the Avalon have some of worst balanced 2 track sound I've ever heard :(

My lenticular cookie monster sandwich holder is pretty cool as well. I always get a grin as I'm popping the top for my PB & J. :-)

I got the wrong copy of Aoxomoxoa, the one without the lenticular cover. Not from on here, I hasten to add. I saw it at a reduced price online somewhere, and snapped it up, thinking it was a bargain. I'll never learn! If its anything like the Anthem cover, its definitely worth paying a bit extra for.

    Aoxomoxoa lenticular cover

OK, well nobody but nobody replied to my query about how to be sure you're getting the groovy cover. It's a bit disappointing that none of the Dead staff ever reply to these things, and maybe no one else cared.

Anyway, being unsure that I'd get the full deal if I ordered from the Dead store, I bought one from Movie Mars online, and even they couldn't tell me if what I was getting would be what I want, but I took a chance based on the photograph that shows a little sticker in the top corner and some moire' type interference in the photo.

I'm pleased to report that it arrived today and was exactly what I wanted. Ever since they did this with the Anthem of the Sun reissue, I want the full deal on these great remasters.

Hope someone finds this info useful!

    Lenticular cover on Aoxomoxoa

I'm not able to figure out this lenticular cover issue from reading the comments.

I want the cover, but neither Amazon nor Dead.Net makes it clear that it will be included. I can buy it for about $21 on Amazon or $25 at Dead.Net, and I like giving Dead.Net the business, but which one is going to include the cover?

Can someone clarify before I hit the Send button?

    Thanks

    Original Mix of Aoxomoxoa

Hearing the original mix of Aoxomoxoa is a revelation! Wow, the Dead were way way way ahead of their time. Tracks like Dupree's DB, Doin that Rag and Mountains otM are full of surprises; female choirs, pedal steel guitar and voices and and... I wonder now why it was remixed in 1971. I guess they wanted to make it more accessible to a seventy public, smoother and nearer to mainstream (even if it was still far away from that!)
Well I love the original mix and prefer it to the remix, especially as it is presented to us now in 2019! That's psychedelia AND musical taste!! Dig it!
Love to all cosmic listeners and beyond!

That's very generous of you indeed, LMG, thank you very much! You don't get responses like that on the King Crimson website!

I bought my copy of Aoxomoxoa from a UK based firm I located on ebay-they are called CD Magic. It cost me £12.45, with a pound for postage and packing. As this was considerably cheaper than any I had seen advertised anywhere else, I ordered my copy from them. A mistake, obviously. I know its only a cover, but I really liked the one from Anthem, and was looking forward to getting this one. So thanks again, LMG!
