Single ARRiVED QC problem??

Should my record look like the label on both sides was applied on top of a miniscule grain of sand? Because there is a small but marked "pimple" on each side of the record.or is it in the manufacturing? Seems like there is something under the label on BOTH SIDES AnY one ELSE?

What happened to the D/L of GoldenRd/Cream PuffWar ?

Please a simple answer to the question from somebody at DeadNet/Rhino [Mary E or Dr. Rhino]. What ever happened to receiving the digital download of Vol#2-Golden Rd / Cream Puff War for subscribers? It's been 3 weeks and I have yet receive the D/L or a explanation as why this is taking so long.
