Usual deadnet vine format – put your name in the next position and contact the one before with postal details. Two audio discs: a) - Pigpen's Apartment Solo Acoustic Demos 1966 - it's from 4 track master>?>CD>.wav via EAC>.shn via MKW. Forget where it came from and when I got it but converted back to .wav via MKW. Tracks: Two Woman, Michael, Katie May, New Orleans > That Train, Instrumental, Bring Me My shotgun, CC Rider, Katie Mae, Hitchhiking Woman, Two Women, When I was a Boy, Bring me my Shotgun. It also has: I Believe, She's Mine and No Time, listed as Pigpen's final recordings '73 (?). It finishes with a '64 recording of Sweet Georgia Brown>Betty and Dupree with Jorma. b) Again .wav – Pigpen (King of the West Coast Blues) The Same Thing (9:49) and Smokestack lightning (8:40) 11-19-66, It Hurts Me Too (4:07) 10-22-

On February 6th, 2008 Hal R said: "Sent to Ltapilot today." On February 16th, 2008 Ltapilot replied,: "as of February 16, this vine has not arrived at my mail box." So HalR lets give the post office a few more days, then I will ask that you burn a copy of Greg's DVD and send it along. Peace Rick

I've Been All Around This World

Today is one of those rare, late winter days on the high plains, upper 50's, light wind, the Canadian geese are back and the trees and bushes are showing the first hints of a spring buds. The ground is freshly thawing and has that musty smells of new life. It will be a spectacular spring and summer, if we can get through the next month. In the mail box was a note to see the Post Master. Oh boy! I have mail! Can it get better than this? The long awaited Pigpen Bring Me My Shogun vine has arrived. The two CD's went around and around in the CD burner and is now off to Brewster Boy. I hope this vine brings Andy a little warmer weather and starts to thaw out some of that granite. Peace every one. Saw/heard it come over and yes, it really does sound like a freight train. . . Managed to fit myself (6'2" 200+ pounds), and two LARGE pups in one very small closet until it passed. That was crazy! I lucked out - no damage other than loss of power. Couple of hundred yards either way down the street got hit hard. No fatalities, though. Spent my "powerless" time playing guitar on the front porch, checking on neighbors, and giving water to volunteers.

I got the PigPen vine yesturday,, my wife had a minor medical thing happen yesturday,,more testing today.. I will definatley get this out to Todd by monday morning... take care .. Peace everyone ....
