Woohoo!!! I am counting down the days till the All Good Festival!! Furthur Bound Baby!

Hey Kind Folks, Here's a great topic area for discussion about music, family, camping, Furthur, and all the bands playing in any of the summer festivals this year. I know there were alot of questions about the Furthur Festival in the beginning, like can we bring beer, camp fires, RV hookups, how could the band be playing 6 albums in 6 sets, etc. So thank you Mary for putting this topic up! Can't wait to see the look on Zeek's face when I show up in Colorado. He'll probably shit, most 30 year old men know better than to take 17 year old children across statelines. Here's the info... Also, check the ride board on the forums if you need a ride, I'm flying in so I won't have a car, but I'm sure we can find you one over there. I contacted through email on how to get tickets and there is an automated response telling us there are 3 ways to get tickets 1. online 2. mail order (over) 3. go to sebastopol and get em. But I asked the question: Question...Can you get tickets @ the door there? or do you have to drive all the way to sebastapol? or get them online? and got this response: If there's any left at the door u can get them there. But there is s strict limit to the number of people that can fit in the concert bowl on the island. Tix are online and will b avail at furthur this weekend at the furthur bus. Thx So the Pranksters and the Furthur Bus will be there selling tickets, but it's a small place they are playing so who knows when they'll sell out.

They could stop somewhere in the vicinity of Colorado on their way from CT to SF?? Hey you know, there is this tiny little inconspicuous amphitheatre in Morrison made out of beautiful red rocks that would be the perfect setting for a Furthur run. I just checked the schedule and there are some openings between 7/31 and 8/14 but they are filling up fast. Bobby could even reunite with his old buddy Jay Lane who is playing with Primus on 8/12. You know, many years ago Mary and I went together to the Grateful Dead's first Red Rocks shows in 1978. This summer we will celebrate our 30th wedding aniversary, and we will now will have an additional celebration at the Rocks with Furthur (and friends) in September. What a gift!! "she's my summer love in the spring, fall, and winter..." And now more than ever ;o} The Truth is realized in an instant, the act is practiced step by step.
