    Okay, folks, here's the plan as we roll over into the next stage of vining. Each vine will have its own topic. As has been noted once or twice before, Iz and I are the only ones who can start topics. Hence, if somebody has a vine they want to start, post the particulars here. Then Iz or I will cruise by, start the new topic, and delete the post from the New Vines area so it doesn't get unwieldy. We'll see how this goes...

    Been around the scene since 1980, goin' to shows and from 83 on touring and taping. Now about 5 Phil/Ratdog shows a year....now collecting/trading cd's. 2 questions: 1. Why are some people reluctant to post shows on archive.org? 2. Why does it seems more shows around are being uploaded to sites in .flac instead of .mp3? Thanks! Steve ..even a blind man knows when the sun is shinin'...you can feel it!..

    The only Dead shows my wife got to see ,, I would love to be able to find a clean sounding copy`s or vine of these 3 shows 4-7-91 , 4-8-91 , 4-9-91 . Can anyone help me ? Thank you ,, Have a Grate Day !! Peace ....

    NASSAU MARCH 90 VINE As requested, here are excellent recordings of 28-29-30 March run 1990 at the Nassau Coliseum. Many highlights, great setlists, fine playing, loads of energy and a few surprises. FORMAT AND REQUIREMENTS (Software and instructions provided) The shows are presented as SHN or FLAC files on one DVD.You need a computer with some memory, with a DVD player (DVD burner not required) and a CD burner to be able to create your own music CDs from the lossless files. For windows users, included in the vine are copies of Traders Little Helper to convert SHN and FLAC files to WAVs and (should you not have one) a free CD burning programme for you to burn the WAV files to music CDs. Happy to do a Europe '74 Vine if anyone is interested London Ally Pally 9/10/11 Sept (missing bits from DP7 only, includes instructions on how to construct whole shows if you own DP7) Munich 14 Sept Dijon 18 Sept Paris 20/21 Sept Any interest?? thanks Ltapilot for the most kind offer. In fact Deadicated has picked up on the Felt Forum vine already so that is taking care of. The other one I was chasing was not the 4 Europe Shows Vine, but the 71 Tour Vine (4/29, 10/21, 10/30).

Still very new to this whole vine copying stuff and not only incredibly grateful, but phenomenally over the moon! i want to be able to burn the shows either from the PC or from other cds to cds that I can listen to in my car stereo??? Hi - Not sure how to do this, or if this is the right place, BUT, I am looking for audio of JGB and Bob Weir Band from Cheney WA, 10/27/78. Anyone have it and care to send it to me? I suppose i should start looking for the remainder of the tour correct me if i am wrong, the missing shows from vines here are 7th April 11th April 16th April 21st April 24th April 26th April 29th April 7th May 10th May 18th May 24th may 25th May 24th May is Rockin the rhine 26th May is 100 year hall. Let it be late '71!!! From 10/19 to 12/31 I am extremely thin. There are, of course, favorites that I would like that I've had in part on tape for many, many years, but to have the whole would be the sweetest. Deadicated "Where does the time go?"

I would delete a few shows from the vine, the Felt Forum run as that has been vined by Yamadog, perhaps another show or two from other vines, the Dick's Picks portion of 10/31.

Love 71/72/77/78, but I've always been a fan of the post-hiatus 76 shows as well. Especially the second half of the year, after they had really got back into full stride. Some of the meandering 2nd sets were never duplicated IMO. Personal fav is 10-9-76, which ended up as a DP, but I know there were some other great shows (especially Sept-Oct 76). If you've got any and care to vine 'em, I'd be estatic. Peace

KFFM Eurovine i have been trying to work out what has already been vined and official releases from this period and this is what i have come up with.
