I discovered the set list I was looking for.

Is listed in DeadBase as 12/4/65: Big Nig's House; San JoseWreak Havoc -- You know something we don't?

I listened to the Europe 72 box set and the 1st set on your site does not match and is missing songs. In listening to the recording the songs are seamless. Correct setlist is on the CDs http://www.dead.net/show/may-10-1972

The GD did the Capitol Theatre on 11/24/78 and their next show was at the Fronton in Miami on 12/12/78. While it is possible they hung around NYC for a Thankgiving holiday and then did their first ever run starting on or around 12/1 it is unlikely. It is pretty much well-agreed that the Dead had their first run in the Garden proper (not the basement Felt Forum) on 1/7-8/79. It would be unusual for them to go back to the Garden that quickly, especially as they had to sell a lot of tickets very quickly -- something they were not doing around this time (listen to Jerry address the crowd at Rupp Arena on 4/21/78. In fact, it is curious timing for them to even attempt the Garden at this time. It seems like about 18 months too early. Perhaps they got favorable terms in their contract from the Garden through Jon Scher (I think that was his name). Where this stub came from is another matter. It would seem to prove there was a show. Who would go through the trouble of making a counterfeit? Did the shows get rescheduled? That could account for it. Anybody else want to chime in?

Unless it is my browser, The Orlando show from 4/4/94 does not display a set list, just the sound check.

The poster show for the following show is incorrect. http://www.dead.net/show/june-27-1985 The poster is for a 1995 tour not 1985. This same poster is also listed as a show poster for many other shows in 1985.

I have portions of this show recorded off of Dead.net and that recording has Mexicali, not Big Railroad Blues.

Were scheduled for 11/30 and 12/1 1978. Jerry was sick and the shows were postponed. They did not reissue tickets, the tix for the original shows were accepted at MSG.

Listed as Filmore West. In fact this is the date the Dead played (or anyway were scheduled to play) a benefit for the Black Panthers at the Oakland Auditorium Arena. No setlist available. This show (and a show at Boston on 4-8-71, and at Pittsburgh on 4-12-71), which took place in between the GD shows on April 7, 1971 and April 13, 1971 all appear to be missing from your archive of GD shows.

The July 17, 1989 Alpine Valley set list on Deadnet is incorrect - they played West LA Fadeaway, Desolation Row and Deal in the first set, not Row Jimmy, Masterpiece, Push, etc, as listed. The set lists of July 17 & July 19 were mixed up on Deadnet, at least for the end of set 1. Specifically, the July 19 end of set 1 was wrongly listed as being on July 17. Also, I noted while watching the show that Brent would be dead with a little over a year of this show. He looked really messed up here on the video in July 1989.

This show http://www.dead.net/show/february-5-1969 did not happen in Omaha, NE the Dead opened the show for the Iron Butterfly in Kansas City, Kansas, Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall, 7th and Barnett St. There is a partial stream of this show at https://archive.org/details/gd69-02-05.sbd.cotsman.8993.sbeok.shnf (please read catfishbob's comment of 05/21/2008 with details) I attended this performance and it was my first Grateful Dead show. For some reason there is a show listed before the first show, That is, the first show - at Magoos's. 5/5/65 - displays a link for a previous show, which of course is impossible. (The Dead did mess around with space and time, but not actual time travel.) Clicking on that link brings you to a show two years in the future. There is a not from MaryE to the effect that this is being worked on ... from seven years ago. So this is a reminder, that this ought to be corrected. Thanks!

Given the Dead's custom of not playing the same song or jam 2 shows in a row, it would have been highly unlikely they would have played a 'Nobody's Jam' on both 5-8 and 5-9. Out of curiosity, I went back to have a listen and I can confirm that although there is a jam with a slight air of the 'Nobody's Fault' theme tucked into NFA on 5-8, it certainly does not occur on 5-9 at all. One could argue it really doesn't happen on 5-8 as currently listed either. It might read on 5-8 as NFA>Nobody's Jam>NFA, but that's dubious as well. I encourage you to check it out for yourself and make your own determination! In summary: no 'Nobody's Jam' on http://www.dead.net/show/may-9-1981 for sure and dubious 'Nobody's Jam' on http://www.dead.net/show/may-8-1981, certainly not before NFA as listed. (a sandwich maybe)

The Grateful Dead had a certain penchant for inserting a drum solo in between Let it Grow in the early part of 1976. Sept 20, 1982 my first show. Not too familiar with the newer songs, but I was happy when they did Dupree's since I knew that one. Near the end of the show I'm sure they did Around and Around because I had been in my seat for the whole show and when they started that Chuck Berry beat I was bouncing around in my seat and when Bob shouted out I rose out of my seat Lord I had to dance I spontaneously jumped up and finished the whole show dancing in my seat. I never did that for any other band. I turned to my boyfriend and said I think I like this band. I'm going to go again. Also, for my second show in April 1983 I was incredulous that they were playing a song I only knew from an I Love Lucy episode, Man Smart, Woman Smarter. I'm pretty sure I would have recognized that song if they had done it this night, which I don't think they did. But I'm positive about the Around and Around. Never sat in a seat again after that first show.

After Sugaree, they play One More Saturday Night, Playing In The Band (again), and BIODTL. Then, the performance ends with a Truckin'>Drums(missing)>The Other One. (One More Saturday Night shouldn't be at the end) This show was played at the 4th annual Meet-Up At The Movies, and I re-checked on iTunes

Stealin' The Same Thing The problem is it's listed as the Avalon Ballroom. Any help or clarification would be much appreciated.

I'm very glad to hear someone else felt the rain at exactly the same time they started...not close, not near, but EXACTLY. when i relay that story, i think people believe i am exaggerating. the rain set for the pouring rain was way too cool, too much fun. too sad it was too near the end for Jerry.

I have a Major important question about the USB Besides the fact that the USB is the same price as the box set, the fact we don't get the book is an issue, but I know you won't be doing anything about that.... which honestly kinda sucks Given the cost to produce the USB package vs the cd package (but still charging the same don't seem right, if your being honest with yourself....you should agree) Most importantly..... Will the 2nd sets of these shows run uninterrupted ? CDs fade out at end of disk two Fading back into disk three..... l hate that, can't sit back and chill to a second set that way! The reason I bought the USB is so there would be no breaks in the middle of the sets like the CDs will obviously be. This is probably a major issue for all people buying the USB (Even though there is only 1,000 of us) We don't get the booklet or the fancy box But that's not a problem, if they run uninterrupted I did not want the CDs for that reason (and storage too) as well as wanting 24/96 resolution (sweet) Has this question been brought up by anyone?and I hope you guys were smart enough to master the USB as uninterrupted shows, unlike the CDs (more work for you guys but you are charging enough for this package now dubbed "BOXILLA") I truly will be disappointed if there is breaks in the middle of a set This issue will be a major problem I'll want my money back if they are these interruptions, so....... I was part of the group of students who booked this GD show on Halloween 1969 to celebrate the opening of the new SJSU College Union. The poster image on this listing is wrong. The poster for the concert was by Scott Peterson and was a dark forest scene with a devilish ghoul cavorting around a fire in an evil woods, and I have a copy of that poster. Please fix this. I'm a hardcore Dead Head and saw about 15-20concerts, plus I own over 50 of their concert CDs.

On May 4th, 1968, the band played SUNY - Stoney Brook - in the middle of Long Island. It was some sort of end of semester "dance". There was a cake backstage because it was Sunshine's 2nd birthday, which someone set firecrackers into at some point.Can't say I remember the set list, though!

Since you listed the CC Rider tease before Lazy Lightning... I think it only fair to include th St Stephen tease during space. I was there, and it is clearly heard on any recording on the archive. After Spanish Jam, leading into Not Fade Away. There was a group of people walking in front of the stage carrying a sheet with "St Steven" and a skull & roses painted on it.

The song played before the start of the 2nd set was actually "Fanfare for the Common Man"by Aaron Copeland. It was used as the Olympic theme song. Jerry's nod to the venue! The "2001" theme song (also sprach zarathustra)is similar but not what was played. I was there, and can be heard on tapes, though I haven't found it on any archive recordings
