Joined:Stories?? 9.22.87First show? 9/22/87 we got in went to the bathroom to leave a leak, it was packed people pissed in the sinks! Never did that again I always went before I went in the show never drank in the show so I never had to go while in the show(probably sweat it out) missed Hey Pocky Way got in in time for Althea. I went down jumped the hockey wall and stood in the Isle Phil's side for set 1 was nice nothing crazy! Set 2 opened with Spencer Davis GSL kinda threw things off Samson to the end was good! Made it to my seat during the break section W right up off the floor center straight back from the band perfect for listening? After that I always wanted to be center no matter how close or how far away. hahaha

Joined:RushAttended the first night in Detroit last week. Epic! Have been on a Rush deep dive since. Lot to like on all of their albums, but partial to the era starting with Caress of Steel through Moving Pictures. 2112 was the soundtrack to many parties growing up and coming of age in the early 1980s.

9/22/67, but yup 9/22/87 it was OK close enough to pretend ? I did get a chance to feel all of Jerry's energy in one rip he did turning up before 'Althea' see if you can catch that rip? It's very faint and not loud got to turn it up just to hear it, but I felt it like a lightning bolt? hahaha

Gloomy day on the south shore of Lake Erie. It's rained like five times in the past two days. Humidity is 87% and dew point is 72. That's soupy.
But I'm in the AC with a mug of Guatemalan Huehuetenango coffee, listening to Billy pour his heart out.
