Joined:The PHISH '03 summer tour is complete........I had fun. IT Festival is up next. I'm familiar with that, so to the Eel i go.
The '91 show is my personal favorite.
I Pre-ordered so have the bonus and glow in the dark poster. Still in tha tube. The framing with occur eventually.
Finally framed my My Morning Jacket Taos poster from 2022. A good frame job is $190 - $250. Michael's has senior discounts. Taking full advantage of that.
First anything Dead related I've listened to to two weeks is going to be that '91 show.
I'm back!! But never really left.
Cheers to all you fabulous peeps.

Joined:Birch/JerryIf the Eel is all the shows, I’d say that one fo sho, especially the Bonus disc!
22 is great, but not everyone fully digs that time?
More weird/jammy?
I just also got W 91 recently, so not fully familiar….
But I think it’s great too, but perhaps you already have very similar shows from that timeframe?
There’s another similar to 22 GarciaLive ?? (except no JK or Fogerty) maybe you have that one to compare?
So their all good, just chever way your pleasure tends…. - Birchwood

Back at ya TCC! And thanks for waking one of my favorite Uncle Pete memories
After my folks house was sold, my uncle would let us stay at his house so we could visit Pops etc. Often for Pops Bday, including a gathering of Pops, my Uncle (in his 80s then), and my even older uncle John who’s bday was close to pops. Usually we’d coordinate so some of my DH cousins would come home too. One night we were up late hanging in the kitchen swilling beer, reminiscing, and listening to tunes on a little wifi speaker. Uncle P comes in and El Paso is playing. Uncle says “hey, I know that song” can ya play Marty Robbins etc, so my cousin does, then he starts asking for Dwayne Eddie and other artists of the time. He even had a beer with us! And he was fascinated by the ability to call up almost any song in an instant, so started really getting into it!
It was so much fun, and he really knew the good stuff, not just what was popular.
When we played related Dead covers, at some point he cracked that “yeah, that Garcia fellows pretty good, almost as good as Dwayne lol A great night to be sure.
So thanks for jogging that memory TCC!
