Starting with 7.3.66 Fillmore & 11.10.67 Shrine Exposition from the 30 Trips Box. Fillmore West 2.27.69 (maybe a shorter one from E'72 stuck in there as well) >> 3.23.74 Playing > UJB > Dew sandwich will be in there for sure, along with Jai Alai Fronton, 6.23 Miami ... 6.9.77 Winterland, 2nd set Merriweather 7.01.85, Zenith '90 (time permitting) ... and finishing with the last disc of the So Many Roads Release.
That ought to do it!

Pretty sure I've still got that tryptych skull cover lp, but on the road and can't check what remains of my lp collection. Would have bought it late 70s, maybe a cut-out.. The whole album is cool but what really stood out to me, then and now, were the covers of Lindy and Stealin'. Truly ages since I've listened to it. Maybe need to dig out the turntable when I get back home if it still survives.
