    What a great tune

Both these are great shows - the last two I have played. The guy writing in the Taping Compendium didn't seem to like 7th though. Maybe that was due to the quality of his tape - it was pre the box set - more than the playing.

Elsewhere, Happy Trails and Quicksilver's first have been re-released as a double, digitally remastered cd. They sound incredible. It could be said that they are of their time. In which case I can only conclude that their time was better than ours.
    Also The Amazing Charlatans.

Keeping the drive alive with more 81 goodness…

We did Blue Mountain and my personal “Pedromix” of Bob tunes off solo albums etc.
I make em for various bands.

JOEY: I highly recommend the Bob Wagner AUD it’s very good while the SBs not so good!

    Seemed like a good fit.

I've been in a very positive mindset lately, but Bobby combined with several other deaths around me the past two weeks has got me down. Bobby being the last one was unexpected. Brought me back to when Jerry, Phil, and Brent passed.

Blue Mountain has a reflective vibe, like a man in his years sitting in a rocking chair reflecting on his life. It got me reflecting on my life too. I think I will reflect some more.

All gussied up and very enjoyable. Another nice, well played show with sweet delicate dynamics e.g., Sailor, LLR. Similar mo to 3/14 and 3/12, as compared to more outwardly ripping MSG, Utica, Cole. Very lysergic like in that the energy is inward versus outward, if that makes sense? Nice timely He’s Gone etc.
Looking forward to next night mañana…
